Common questions

Where can I use Google Pay?

Pay with your Oropay card anywhere you see the contactless payment symbol – in stores, online and in apps where the Google Pay logo is displayed. All you need is your Android phone or watch.

How much does it cost?

The use of Google Pay is free.

What should I do if I lose the device?

Contact us to block the card’s usage with Google Pay. In the meantime, you can continue paying with your physical or virtual Oropay card. Once you have your new device, you can add the card to Google Wallet again.

What should I do if I lose the device?

No. The moment you freeze your card, you will be unable to use that card anywhere, including with Google Pay.
